1. About AS Development Ltd

AS Development Ltd ("we", "us", "the Company") provides web development and prototype services to UK and US business owners via prototype.asdevelopment.dev. By using our service you agree to these terms.

2. Free 24-Hour Preview

We build an interactive website preview for your Houston business with zero upfront cost. You test the live prototype on your smartphone before any payment is required. An optional $5 priority queue-skip option is available if you need expedited delivery, but the standard preview is 100% free with no obligation.

3. Prototype Delivery

We aim to deliver your prototype within 24 hours of submission. You will receive your prototype link via WhatsApp, SMS, or email directly to your mobile device.

4. Setup Fee & Going Live

If you approve your prototype and wish to take your website live, the total launch fee is $497 USD. This includes your custom domain, premium fast hosting for the first full year, SSL security, and full site launch. Flexible payment options are available with no long-term contracts.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of the $497 setup fee, all design and code for your website transfers to you. Prototype designs remain the property of AS Development Ltd until full payment is received.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you in connection with the prototype service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (maximum $497). We are not liable for indirect losses including loss of profit or business opportunity.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. For US customers, we additionally comply with applicable consumer protection laws in your state.
