1. About AS Development Ltd

AS Development Ltd ("we", "us", "the Company") provides web development and prototype services to UK and US business owners via prototype.asdevelopment.dev. By using our service you agree to these terms.

2. The $5 Reservation Deposit

To reserve a build slot and receive a free website prototype, customers pay a $5 (USD) non-refundable deposit. This deposit:

  • Reserves your dedicated build slot in our team's queue
  • Covers our administrative and time costs to initiate your build
  • Is fully credited toward the $497 setup fee if you choose to proceed to a live website
  • Is non-refundable once the reservation is confirmed — regardless of whether you proceed

3. Prototype Delivery

We aim to deliver your prototype within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery may take up to 48 hours during peak periods. You will receive your prototype via email and/or the contact details you provide.

If we are unable to deliver your prototype within 48 hours due to circumstances within our control, we will notify you promptly and discuss options including a full refund of the $5 deposit.

4. Setup Fee & Going Live

If you approve your prototype and wish to take your website live, the total cost is $497 USD. Your $5 deposit is deducted, leaving a balance of $492. Payment of the remaining balance constitutes agreement to full site development, hosting configuration, and deployment.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of the $497 setup fee, all design and code for your website transfers to you. Prototype designs remain the property of AS Development Ltd until full payment is received.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you in connection with the prototype service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (maximum $497). We are not liable for indirect losses including loss of profit or business opportunity.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. For US customers, we additionally comply with applicable consumer protection laws in your state.
